Family Event Class

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

We have Family Zumba and Double Dutch Classes, Yoga Sessions and HITT Aerobic Class  - All ages and levels come together to experience this joyful, fun practice. From grandparents to infants and everyone in between, no two classes are the same! Start by building poses together with your spouse, your child or your sibling and then ease into some relaxation and rest. You will leave this class connected to your family members and ready to take on your day! 

Location And Time:

Forest Park – located at 5595 Grand Dr. St. Louis, MO 63119 in the East Visitor Parking Lot  (corner of Pagoda Dr. and Cricket Dr. across from the Pagoda Lake and cross from the Muny Theater 

Time: Zumba Class-Every MON & WED 6:30pm-7:30pm 

Double Dutch Class Tues-Thurs 6:30pm-7:30pm & YOGA Class SAT 9AM AND SUN 2PM

HITT Aerobics Class Sat 11am

This class is open to everyone from prenatal to beginners - anyone looking to dance, stretch, breathe, and have fun doing it! Embrace your inner self by dancing and meeting new people.
